Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns beyond this period.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Products should be in resellable condition, free from damage or signs of use
Non-returnable Items
Some kitchen products, due to hygiene and safety, cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cleaning tools
- Sanitary items like sponges or brushes
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
- Digital download products (if any)
Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Items purchased using promotional discounts may be refunded at the discounted rate
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at kitchen@kitchenhelper.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Send the product to:

Please do not return items without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Allow some time for processing

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us via email.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
